These messages may include property alerts, listing information, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications, and market updates for the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch areas.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. You may receive up to 25 messages per month depending on your property search activity and communication preferences.
Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Zibolis Group is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-In: End users consent to receive SMS messages by voluntarily submitting their phone number through the contact form on https://zibolisgroup.com/contact-us/. SMS consent disclosure is displayed directly on the form stating: "By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Zibolis Group regarding your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
