We were in a unique position as that we had a house that we bought with intentions of renovating from top to bottom and making it our dream home. But my husband accepted a job transfer with little time to sell the house. We decided to rent the house and address selling the house once we were settled in our new location. She also introduced herself to all our surrounding neighbors and invited them to see the house or just to touch base to let them know she was on the job. She did not waste time. Our house sold very quickly and for the exact amount of money we were hoping to get. We found Alexis to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day.
