As a child, Butch was relocated from Long Island, NY to Florida’s Nature Coast, and later relocated to the Sarasota-Manatee area. Butch and his family have been residents of Lakewood Ranch for the past 7 years now. His wealth of knowledge about our local area is a priceless asset to our buyers.
